FLV Extract

So you have downloaded some videos off Youtube (check out this bookmarklet), and wish to convert the video into an mp3 file. FLV Extract does this with minimum fuss, with no loss to the audio quality.

The 60kb download (requires .NET Framework v2.0 installed though) extracts video and audio streams from FLV files without decompressing or recompressing. H.263/FLV1 and VP6/FLV4 are supported. Just drop and drop flv files to the program's window, avi and mp3 files will be created in the same folder. With no re-encoding required, the process is almost instant.

Check out Free Audio Extractor also if you need to convert other video formats to mp3, aac or wav.
